SocialChalk is operated by Neat Circle LLC, 924 W 23rd St, Erie, PA 16502.

We store: your account email and a salted password hash (shared with the sibling E6 tools Mockfile and ScribeBuilder under the same operator); the posts you schedule (business name, framework used, date, channel, and the caption text you write) so your calendar persists; recruitment attribution records (UTM source/medium/campaign, ref code, landing page, timestamp) when you arrive through a tracked link, so the channel that brought you can be proven from records; and Stripe test-mode checkout references while billing is in test mode. We do not sell personal information, and SocialChalk does not post to your social accounts — it plans; you post. Questions: support@socialchalk.com.
