The Spring Book-Ahead Notice
Seasonal & WeatherFree starter set
When to use it: Three to four weeks before your busy season starts — while you can still honestly offer choice of dates.
The structure
- Line 1: "[Season] booking is open. Last year our first available [service] slot in [month] was [true fact about last year's wait]."
- Line: what booking early actually gets the customer (date choice, not a fake discount).
- Line: exactly how to book — the one real channel.
- Close: the honest deadline — the date after which you cannot promise pre-season slots.
Guidance — read before you write
Only post a book-ahead notice if last year's wait was real and you can say it plainly. Never invent "almost full." If you were not busy last year, skip this framework and use the First-Visit Introduction instead.
A worked example
"Spring clean bookings are open. Last April our first open Saturday was three weeks out by mid-March. Booking now gets you your pick of dates — that is the whole offer, no fake discount attached. Message us here or book on the site. After March 20 we can't promise a pre-Easter slot."
