What One Visit Changed
Before / After (consent first)Pro / Crew
When to use it: Weekly at most — for routine jobs with a visible, honest difference.
The structure
- Line 1: "One visit, [X] hours: [job type] in [neighborhood]."
- Before/after photos or a single after photo with the before described.
- Line: the specific thing that made the difference (the clogged vent, the wrong bulb temperature, the unlevel run).
- Line: the maintenance tip that keeps it that way, free.
- Close: "We do [N] of these a week — [booking channel]."
Guidance — read before you write
The tip at the end is mandatory — it is what makes this a service post instead of an ad. Keep the hour count honest; customers check. As with every before/after framework: real job, real photos, consent asked and noted; label any AI-generated imagery.
Imagery rule for this framework: real photos of the real job, with the customer's consent asked and noted in the caption. If an image is AI-generated or AI-altered beyond basic crop/brightness, label it as AI-generated in the caption — Pennsylvania's Act 99 posture across this portfolio is default-to-label.
A worked example
"One visit, two hours: dryer vent rescue in Harborcreek. The dryer was taking three cycles per load — the vent run had a lint dam at the roof cap. Cleared and re-sealed. Keep-yours-clear tip: if the laundry room feels humid while the dryer runs, your vent is telling you something. We do six of these a week — book on the site."
