Meet the Person Who Shows Up
Community & CrewFree starter set
When to use it: Monthly — rotate through the whole crew, owner included, in the same format.
The structure
- Photo: the person, in work clothes, where they actually work (with their okay to be featured).
- Line 1: "When you book [service], this is who knocks: [first name]."
- Line: 2–3 facts that matter to a customer (years on this work, the job they are best at, the neighborhood they live in).
- Line: one human detail they chose themselves (not one you chose for them).
- Close: "Say hi if you see the truck on [streets they cover]."
Guidance — read before you write
For a small service business, the crew IS the brand — customers are inviting a person into their home, not a logo. Let each person pick their own human detail; assigned fun-facts read as corporate. Owner goes first in the rotation — hiding reads as distance.
A worked example
"When you book a cleaning, this is who knocks: Priya. Six years doing this work, fastest thorough kitchen in the county, and she lives in Fairview so half her route is neighbors. Her chosen detail: she judges a house by its junk drawer and has never once been wrong. Say hi if you see her on the west side."
