The First-Visit Introduction

Offers & OpeningsFree starter set

When to use it: Your steady evergreen offer post — pinned, refreshed quarterly with the real terms.

The structure

  1. Line 1: "New to us? Here is the standing introduction:"
  2. Line: the intro offer in exact terms (what service, what price or % , who qualifies, what is excluded).
  3. Line: what a first visit actually looks like, step by step — this is the part that converts.
  4. Line: the no-pressure clause, meant literally: "If we are not the right fit, we will tell you who is."
  5. Close: the one booking channel.

Guidance — read before you write

An intro offer works when the terms survive being read twice: exact price, exact scope, exact exclusions. Vague "new customer special!" posts train people to negotiate everything. Review the terms quarterly — a pinned post with stale terms is a complaint waiting.

A worked example

"New to us? The standing introduction: first deep clean is a flat $189 for homes under 1,800 sq ft (over that, we quote after photos — no surprises on the day). A first visit is two cleaners, about three hours, kitchen and baths detailed, floors and surfaces throughout. If we are not the right fit after, we will happily tell you who neighbors use instead. Book on the site — that calendar is the real one."
