When to use it: When leaves start turning — the two-week window before the first hard freeze in your area.
The structure
- Line 1: "There is a two-week window for [fall task] and it is open now."
- Line: why the window exists (ground temperature, leaf drop timing, gutter freeze — the real reason).
- Line: what happens if it waits (the specific, true consequence).
- Close: how many crew-days you actually run per week + how to get on the list.
Guidance — read before you write
The window must be a real property of the work, not a sales deadline. Explain the physical reason — that explanation is the whole post, and it is what separates you from every "fall special!!" ad in the feed.
A worked example
"The gutter window is open. Once leaves finish dropping but before the first hard freeze, gutters can be cleared and flushed properly. After the freeze, what is in there turns to ice weight on the fascia — that is the repair we quote all winter. We run two cleanup crews a week through mid-November. Message us to get on the route list for your street."
